Going for short trip, but worry about your pets? Your pets might feel stress when you are not around and leaving them at the boarding kennel might be even worse. Pet-Sit will minimise the stress your pets will face when you are not around as they will be still staying at your place!
From their daily exercise to their meals, we will take care of them just like the way you always do.We will file daily report and photo of your pets through email to keep you update on how your pets are doing at home. Your premises will be strictly accessible by Pet Mobile personnel only. Pet Mobile is also a member of Pet Sitting International (USA).
Pet Sitting Standards
- References regarding our Pet Sitting service. Pet Mobile has experience in caring for pets and is clearly mindful of their safety and well-being.
- Pet Mobile staff will visits the client's home before the first pet sitting assignment to meet the pets and get detailed information about their care.
- Pet Mobile staff shows positive attitude during the initial meeting and seems comfortable and competent dealing with animals.
- Pet Mobile staff will learn as much as possible about the animals in his or her care.
- Pet Mobile staff is courteous, interested and well informed.
- Pet Mobile staff takes precautions to make sure a client's absence from home is not detected because of any careless actions or disclosures by the sitter.
- Pet Mobile staff has a contingency plan for pet care in case of personal illness.
- Pet Mobile calls to confirm or has the client call to confirm the client has returned home as scheduled.
- Pet Mobile provides a service rating form for clients.
- Pet Mobile keeps regular office hours and answers clients inquiries and complaints promptly.
