Is repacking service available? Yes, repacking is only available for 6kg or 12lbs above. Please check you pet food carefully upon delivery as we will not do exchange or refund due parasites/insects after repacking. How do I register myself or to make a order? How do I know if i have sucessfully register as a user?You will receive a info bar on your pet mobile browser as stated here. ( Info: Registration Completed! Your account has been created and an activation link has been sent to the e-mail address you entered. Note that you must activate the account by clicking on the activation link when you get the e-mail before you can login.)
I can't find the email to activite my account?As we tested and have notice that sometime the email to activite the account might be send to your spam/junk box. How do I know if i have sucessfully make a order?There are 4 steps when checking out after making a order. Step 1 (Billing Info), Step 2 (Shipping/Delivery- Free or with charge below $50.00 orders), Step 3 and 4 (Pet Mobile business infomation and agree of term and conditions) Lastly a confirmation email with order status/number will be sent to your email address. It's still appear 'pending' on the status and how long will for pet mobile to 'confirm' the order?The status will change to ' Confirm ' from 'Pending' when your order is ready to be deliver. It usually take between 5 hours to 1 day. Order send on sunday will be confirm on coming monday only. Do you have any delivery charges for your delivery service?We provide free delivery as long as your purchase is more then $50.00! For orders below $50.00 there will be a $5 delivery charge.
