Do you have any delivery charges for your delivery services?

We provide free delivery as long as your purchase is more then $35! For orders below $35 there will be a $5 delivery charge.

How do I make my payments?

You don't have to worry about any any credit card fraud as we accept only cash/cheque on delivery!

Do you make delivery to any countries?

Pet Mobile is a Singapore based online pet shop and currently only make deliveries to Singapore address.

FAQ on Friend get Friend Reward

How do I earn the reward when I introduce friend?

Existing members simply tell your friends to make their purchase with us, you will get an additional $2 off your next purchase of $50 and your friend will get an additional $2 off their purchase of $50!

Is there a limit to how many friends I can introduce?

There is no limit to how many friends you can introduce to us, your friends are our friends too.

Terms & Conditions

  • $2 cash discount will be awarded with every $50 spend, for example if your purchase is $100, you will get $4 off!
  • Your friend will need to supply your particulars ((i) name, (ii) contact no., (iii) address) as prove of you as referrer.
  • Your friend purchase has to be a first time purchase with Pet Mobile.
  • Additional discount is only valid for next purchase for existing members and only valid for first purchase for new members.
  • Additional discount cannot be accumulated and is only valid for 1 purchase.
  • This reward cannot be used with any other Pet Mobile promotions unless otherwise stated.
  • Pet Mobile reserves the right to make any alteration to the discount offered to other promotions at its own discretion.
  • All other existing Terms & Conditions still apply.

My pet is very afriad of of thunder and other startling noises, what should I do?

There are 3 basic ways of letting them overcome this problem.

  1. Create a safe place for them hide and let them have access to their hiding place.
  2. Distracting them by playing with them and catch their attention.
  3. Behaviour modifications such as gradually letting them know that this fearful sound are harmless.
